At Duncombe Development Group (DG), we are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all individuals, regardless of their abilities. Our goal is to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and make our website accessible to the level of AA compliance. We have implemented various measures to enhance accessibility, including:

Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on: July 21, 2026

Our Commitment to Data Privacy

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to serve you, we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not share client engagement data outside the specific relationship it relates to except where the law requires it or you have given written consent. Full detail on what we collect and your rights over it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our Commitment to Responsible Artificial Intelligence Use

Where we use AI tools to help build assessments, reports, frameworks, or analytical work, we use business grade accounts that contractually exclude your information from being used to train those tools, and every AI assisted deliverable is reviewed and finalized by our Principal before it reaches you. Where a case study or training example draws on real engagement content, we use pseudonyms by default and obtain your specific written consent before using any identifying detail. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Our Commitment to Website Accessibility

We want this website to be usable by the widest possible range of visitors, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We build this site on the Wix platform and use its built in Accessibility Wizard to identify and correct issues such as missing image descriptions, unclear heading structure, and insufficient color contrast, and we treat the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, as our working standard. As a small firm, we do not claim perfect or continuous conformance at every moment, since accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one time achievement, but we review this site's accessibility on a recurring basis and correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Our Commitment to Ethical Business Practice

We hold ourselves to straightforward standards of fair dealing. We represent our services, our proprietary frameworks, and our results honestly, and we do not publish a testimonial or case study without the specific written consent of the person or organization it describes. Where we engage contractors or vendors, including family members serving in DDG roles, we expect and require the same standards of honesty and fair dealing that we hold ourselves to, and we compensate contractors and vendors promptly and according to agreed terms.

Our Commitment to Intellectual Property Integrity

We built our proprietary frameworks and training materials to help our clients grow, and we protect them accordingly, while respecting the intellectual property of others in the same way. We do not knowingly use another organization's proprietary material without authorization, and we expect the same respect for our own frameworks and content, as set out in our Intellectual Property Notice.

If We Fall Short

We are a small, Bahamian owned firm, and we would rather tell you honestly how we handle concerns than promise a response time we cannot consistently meet. If you believe DDG has not lived up to any commitment on this page, whether involving your data, an accessibility barrier you encountered on this site, a testimonial or case study concern, or anything else, please contact us directly using the information below.

  • We will acknowledge your concern within three business days of receipt.

  • We will provide a substantive response, including next steps if further work is needed, within ten business days of receipt.

  • If a concern requires more time to investigate properly, such as a technical accessibility fix or a data request that requires verification, we will tell you that directly and give you a realistic estimate, rather than let the matter go unanswered.
